Hartimi i planit t\u00eb pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr restaurimin dhe menaxhimin e Drilonit ishte q\u00ebllimi themelor i k<\/em><\/strong>\u00ebtij projekti<\/em><\/strong>. Analiza e duhur n\u00eb detaje e gjendjes egzistuese<\/em> t\u00eb burimeve natyrore dhe biodiversitetit t\u00eb Drilonit, gjetja e mjeteve<\/em> dhe m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs s\u00eb implemientimit t\u00eb tyre sa m\u00eb efikas n\u00eb funksion jo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb minimizimit t\u00eb problemeve por edhe rruajtjes e zhvillimit ekologjik<\/em> t\u00eb Drilonit, me nje ndikim t\u00eb madh n\u00eb zon\u00ebn p\u00ebrreth.<\/p>\n

Ky plan u hartua p\u00ebr pajisjen e grupit t\u00eb pun\u00ebs dhe aktor\u00ebt pjesmarr\u00ebs n\u00eb projekt me planin e qart\u00eb p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e realizimit t\u00eb projektit t\u00eb restaurimit n\u00eb Drilon dhe p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e mjeteve t\u00eb duhura dhe m\u00ebnyrave t\u00eb pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr menaxhimin e vazhduesh\u00ebm n\u00eb restaurimin e burimeve natyrore dhe biodiversitetit n\u00eb Drilon.<\/p>\n

Evidentimi i problematikave m\u00eb imediate u p\u00ebrfshin\u00eb n\u00eb planin e pun\u00ebs dhe po realizohen n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet fazave t\u00eb k\u00ebtij projekti sipas marr\u00ebveshjes midis GIZ dhe komun\u00ebs Bu\u00e7imas p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsim t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb publikut mbi \u00e7\u00ebshtjet mjedisore n\u00eb Drilon, duke promovuar pjesmarrjen e publikut n\u00eb vendim-marrje n\u00eb tokat e lag\u00ebshta rreth Drilonit. Nxitjen e partneritetit te OJQ-ve me sektorin publike privat p\u00ebr zhvillimin ekologjik jo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb Drilonit por edhe zon\u00ebs p\u00ebrreth, gjithmon\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim t\u00eb thell\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri-Maqedoni p\u00ebr ruajtjen dhe mbrojtjen e t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebs zon\u00eb pellgliqenore.<\/p>\n

The preparation of the work plan for the restoration and management of Drilon was the main goal of this project. The proper, detailed analysis of the existing condition of the natural resources and biodiversity of Drilon, the identification of tools and methods for their efficient implementation, aimed not only at minimizing problems but also at preserving and fostering the ecological development of Drilon, with a significant impact on the surrounding area.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This plan was developed to equip the project team and participants with a clear plan for the implementation of the restoration project in Drilon, and for the use of appropriate tools and working methods for the continuous management and restoration of natural resources and biodiversity in Drilon.<\/p>\n

Highlighting the most immediate issues was included in the work plan, and these are being addressed through the phases of the project, according to the agreement between GIZ and the Municipality of Bu\u00e7imas.
